 1. Service Description
 IrishWaves is a free radio streaming application that aggregates publicly available internet radio streams
 from Irish broadcasters. We do not own, produce or control the content broadcast by any radio station.
 2. Content
 All radio content is the property of the respective broadcasters. IrishWaves acts solely as a directory and
 player for publicly available streams. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy or availability of
 any station's broadcast.
 3. Availability
 Stream availability depends on the individual broadcasters. Stations may change their stream URLs, go
 offline or restrict access at any time without notice. We make no guarantee of uninterrupted service.
 4. Advertising
 The app displays advertisements provided by Google AdMob. Ad content is managed by Google and its
 advertising partners. We do not control which ads are shown.
 5. Data and Privacy
 IrishWaves stores your favourites and recently played stations locally on your device. We do not collect
 personal data. Google AdMob may collect device identifiers for ad personalisation — you can manage this
 through iOS tracking permissions.
 6. Intellectual Property
 Station names, logos and trademarks belong to their respective owners. IrishWaves uses publicly available
 logos and branding for identification purposes only.
 7. Disclaimer
 The app is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising
 from use of the app.
 8. Changes
 We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the
 new terms.

 The app automatically detects what's playing and displays the song title, artist name and album cover art —
 right in the player, on your lock screen, and through Bluetooth or CarPlay. Save your go-to stations as
 favourites, pick up where you left off with recently played, or search by name and genre to find something
 new.
