1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to ISO Burner to USB ("the App"), developed and operated by Docs Printing SRL ("we," "us," or "our").

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Docs Printing SRL regarding your use of the App.

2. Description of Service

ISO Burner to USB is a macOS application that allows users to:

• Select ISO image files from their local storage
• Write (burn) ISO images to USB storage devices
• Create bootable USB drives from ISO files

The App processes all data locally on your device and does not require an internet connection for its core functionality.

3. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

• Download and install the App on macOS devices that you own or control
• Use the App for personal or commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms

License Restrictions

This license does not include the right to:

• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on the App
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the App
• Rent, lease, lend, sell, redistribute, or sublicense the App
• Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices in the App
• Use the App for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable laws

4. Usage Restrictions

You agree not to use the App to:

• Copy, distribute, or create bootable media from ISO files that you do not have the legal right to use
• Violate any copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights
• Distribute pirated software, malware, or any malicious content
• Circumvent any technological protection measures
• Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law

5. User Responsibilities

Data Backup

You are responsible for backing up your data before using the App. Writing to a USB drive will erase all existing data on that drive.

Hardware Safety

You are responsible for:

• Selecting the correct target USB drive (the App will overwrite all data on the selected drive)
• Ensuring your USB drive is in good working condition
• Using compatible and properly functioning hardware

Legal Compliance

You are responsible for:

• Ensuring you have the legal right to copy and use the ISO files
• Complying with all applicable software licenses
• Adhering to all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction

6. Intellectual Property

The App, including its code, design, graphics, user interface, and documentation, is owned by Docs Printing SRL and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by Docs Printing SRL.

Trademarks

"ISO Burner to USB" and the App's logo are trademarks of Docs Printing SRL. You may not use these trademarks without our prior written consent.

Third-Party Content

The ISO files you process using the App may be subject to third-party copyrights and licenses. We make no claims to any third-party content.

7. Disclaimers

As-Is Basis

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY
• FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE
• NON-INFRINGEMENT
• ACCURACY OR RELIABILITY

No Guarantee

We do not warrant that:

• The App will meet your specific requirements
• The App will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
• The results obtained from using the App will be accurate or reliable
• Any errors in the App will be corrected
• The App will be compatible with all hardware configurations

USB Drive Compatibility

We do not guarantee compatibility with all USB drives or all ISO file formats. Results may vary depending on your hardware and the specific ISO files used.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL DOCS PRINTING SRL, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Any loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses
• Any damage to hardware, including USB drives or computers
• Any data loss resulting from the use of the App
• Any damages arising from your use or inability to use the App

Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Docs Printing SRL and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the App
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights
• Any content or ISO files you process using the App

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your license to use the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination:

• Your license to use the App will immediately cease
• You must delete all copies of the App from your devices
• Sections that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect

You may terminate these Terms at any time by uninstalling the App and ceasing all use.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make changes:

• We will update the "Effective Date" at the top of these Terms
• Significant changes may be communicated through app updates or notifications
• Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms

We encourage you to review these Terms periodically for any changes.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Romania, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Cluj-Napoca, Romania.

EU Consumer Rights

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you may also have additional rights under EU consumer protection laws. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

13. General Provisions

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Docs Printing SRL regarding the App.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations under these Terms without restriction.
