3. Information We May Collect

We collect minimal information necessary for app functionality and improvement:

Device Information (Crash Reports Only)

• macOS version
• App version
• Device model identifier
• Crash logs and error reports

This information is only collected when the app crashes and is used solely to identify and fix bugs.

Files You Select

• ISO files you explicitly choose to burn
• USB drives you explicitly select as targets

4. How We Use Information

The limited information we collect is used for:

• App Functionality: To perform the core function of burning ISO files to USB drives

Local Processing

All ISO file operations and USB drive writing occur locally on your Mac. Your data never leaves your device during normal app operation.

No Cloud Storage

No Data Transmission

The contents of your ISO files and USB drives are not transmitted over the internet at any time.

Crash Reports

If enabled in your macOS settings, technical crash information may be sent to Apple and shared with developers to help improve app stability. You can disable this in System Settings > Privacy & Security > Analytics & Improvements.

6. Third-Party Services

ISO Burner to USB does not integrate with:

• Third-party analytics services
• Advertising networks
• Social media platforms
• Data brokers or marketing services

We do not share, sell, rent, or trade your information with any third parties.

7. Your Rights and Control

You have complete control over:

• File Access: You choose which ISO files the app can access
• USB Selection: You choose which USB devices the app can write to
• Crash Reports: You can disable crash reporting in macOS System Settings
• App Permissions: You can review and modify app permissions in System Settings > Privacy & Security

Data Deletion

Since we don't collect or store personal data on our servers, there is no data to delete. Uninstalling the app removes all local app data from your Mac.

8. Children's Privacy

ISO Burner to USB is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided information to us, please contact us immediately and we will take steps to address the situation.

9. International Users

ISO Burner to USB is operated from Romania within the European Union. If you access the app from outside the EU, please be aware that any information provided may be processed in Romania.
