Terms of Use – Text to Audio (Books)

By downloading or using the Text to Audio (Books) app ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

1. Description of Service

Text to Audio (Books) is a text-to-speech application that converts written text into audio. The App is provided by Docs Printing SRL ("we", "us", "our"), a company registered in Romania.

2. Subscriptions

The App offers auto-renewable subscription plans that provide access to premium features.

  • Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
  • Your subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
  • Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the subscription rate applicable to your plan.
  • You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your Account Settings on the App Store after purchase.
  • Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

Subscription prices are displayed in the App and may vary by region. Prices are subject to change, and we will notify you of any price changes in advance.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
  • Reproduce, distribute, or publicly perform copyrighted content without authorization.
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
  • Use the App to generate content that is harmful, abusive, or infringes on the rights of others.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App are owned by Docs Printing SRL and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. The text-to-speech output generated by the App is for your personal use only.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Docs Printing SRL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the App.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the App.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted at this URL. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Romania. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved by the competent courts in Cluj-Napoca, Romania.
