These Terms govern your use of the Disc Sort mobile game (the “App”), operated by Robert Ionas. By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you obtained the App from the Apple App Store, Apple’s Standard EULA also applies; where it conflicts with these Terms, the Standard EULA prevails.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your own non-commercial entertainment on devices you own or control.
We may remove leaderboard entries and/or restrict access that violate these Terms.
The App, its design, artwork, code, sounds, and the “Disc Sort” name are © 2026 Robert Ionas and are protected by copyright. All rights reserved.
The display name you submit is shown publicly on the leaderboard. You are responsible for what you submit and grant us the right to display it within the service.
The App is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the App or the leaderboard service, which may change or be discontinued at any time.
We may update these Terms; the effective date above will change accordingly.
